TRAFFIC ALERT: If you are one of the thousands visiting the Catskills today for the first visiting day of the season, be prepared to sit in heavy traffic to and from the Catskills. Aside from the standard Sunday traffic – usually heaviest after 5:00 p.m. – traffic is expected to be much heavier today.

im sorry , i am just curious . why does everyone head to the catskills ? i am not jewish i just want to understand. i always felt the best way to battle ignorance is to learn .
