[COMMUNICATED] On Sunday, Zos Chanukah (January 1st), Lake Terrace will be transformed into a Free indoor amusement park. Doors will be open from noon through 8:00 pm, welcoming all children, as long as they’re accompanied by an adult. No drop-offs will be allowed. Guests will need to register to receive their tickets packets.
The amusement park will feature everything a child of any age can dream of: A 60-foot obstacle course, trackless train, bounce house and other thrilling rides. Between rides, everyone can enjoy popcorn, cotton candy and slush.
For families who want to eat lunch or dinner at the event, there will be a food court selling pizza and soda.
“We thought of every detail and spared no cost to make this event exciting and first class,” says Shaul C. Greenwald Esq. the CEO of Riverside Abstract. “Our goal is that the entire Lakewood community should feel like this is ‘the place to be. Bring your friends and family !”

Though this is Riverside Abstract’s grandest event ever, it is far from the first. In fact, 5777 marks the company’s sixth annual Lakewood Chanukah event – each one innovative and beneficial to the public in its own right.
Many locals – especially children – remember the trademark Riverside Abstract Chanukah events and giveaways of previous years. They included travel packs for families traveling out of Lakewood, music/story CDs, snowman kits, photo contests, donuts and more.
This year’s Chanukah event marks a significant leap in stature relative to the events of previous years, as wildly popular as they were. This is representative of Riverside Abstract’s theme of “Better”: “Better Staff. Better Service. Better Results. A Better Way to Close.”
“Our team is young, energetic and innovative,” says Mr. Greenwald. “We’re always thinking about new and better ways to serve our clients and the community at large. For example, we offer the community access to RiverSuites, which is a network of public workspaces with a year-round location in Lakewood and during the summer in the Catskills. This fills a crucial need for those that need a place to get things done.”
The Riverside Abstract way of doing business is reflected in the way they approach the everyday activities of title insurance, real estate closings, refinances and 1031 Exchanges. However, Riverside is committed to being “better” on other levels too. This means taking a personal interest in seeing each client succeed by helping them find suitable investors, investment opportunities and capital or simply making a good introduction.
This level of professionalism and dedication has helped propel Riverside Abstract to its current position of prestige in the U.S. real estate industry. It is ranked amongst the top 10 title agencies in New York and New Jersey, and is ranked nationally as a “Top 25” agent for Old Republic. Riverside Abstract is licensed in over 35 states, and can facilitate closings in all 50 states.
