Every yid is chashuv, when it comes to saying Tehillim for a sick person.

Mi Ke'Amcha Yisroel!

To say tehillim for the Rebbetzin can cause such bickering. Sinas Chinam is alive and well. Baruch Hashem!!

to The Yetzer Horah – what sinas chinom? nobody is saying things that are sinas chinom. Not everyone knows who this Miriam bas Sora is, that's all, and I say it makes no difference. If someone is or is not deemed chosuv, we should say Tehillim anyway.

I don't get it the TLC always posts names for tehillim one doesent have any more significance over another he is just following the families request for privacy and letting us know that for some it may be more personal

for those who think that every choleh should get everyone's tefillos – you are right.
for those who think that precedence should not be given to the family of talmidei chachamim, ponder this:
yehi ratzon mlifnei avinu shebashamayim lkayeim banu chachmei yisrael HEIM UNISHAYHEM UVNAYHEM UVNOSAYHEM VSALMIDEIHEM VSALMIDEI SALMIDEIHEM etc.

If you have a kesher with the person you are being mispallel for, you definitely say the Tehillim with greater Kavana and fervour. It does make sense to publish a person's identity of the family ahs asked for the Klal to daven for him/her. Families who want to preserve their privacy are entitled to do so too, but they should be aware that it is difficult to have a nebulous Chole in mind when davening.
