Tehillim Needed For Lakewood Woman In Serious Condition

[Submitted by the husband of the patient] Please say tehillim for Mrs. Chaya Draizey Altman (חי׳ דריזל מערקא בת מלכה), chabad of Lakewood, NJ. She has been unable to eat or drink for almost two weeks. The team in that hospital decided they couldn’t send her home as she still couldn’t eat and they would have to do this daily (and couldn’t get enough nutrition in through only IV). 
 
They spent next several days waiting until after labor day then transferred her to Memorial Sloan to that if hey could put in a stent to open her stomach (apparently the stomach is being squeezed closed by the growths around and within it).
 
The doctors left here a short time ago: they are planning on doing an endoscopy followed by the placement of a stent some time this afternoon (they need to get a few teams organized, get an OR, get approval from different groups, etc. They’re setting up various testing to take place prior to procedure as preparation and precautions, so today doesn’t seem like it is going to be possible to be anywhere but with my wife. 
 
With G-ds help the doctors believe she will be able to begin eating again by tomorrow and if all goes well we can be home again by the middle of next week. I’m guessing sometime next week will work, but things are going to be day to day until doctors can confirm all is in place and working correctly (by Sunday afternoon she should be eating well enough to see that all thank G-d working as it is supposed to be).

  9. Doctors kept looking at various things, doing more testing, and it became to late to schedule for today. With H’ help they will be able to finish whatever pre-op necessary and do the procedure tomorrow morning.

    Looking forward to thanking everyone for their tefillas and to see you for Korbonos Shobbos morning.
