UPDATED: Tehillim Gathering for Lakewood Bachur Missing in Eretz Yisroel

‎[AUDIO BELOW] aron soferA gathering will be held in Lakewood today to say Tehllim for Aron Sofer, a Lakewood Bachur missing since Friday in Eretz Yisroel.

The Bachur, Learning at Rabbi Tzvi Kaplan’s Yeshivah, reportedly went hiking with a friend on Friday, but never returned after his friend lost contact with him.

Hundreds of volunteers, with special forest equipment, have joined the search which began last night.

The incident was not immediately known to the family in Lakewood.

‎The Tehillim gathering is taking place at 1 PM at Bais Faiga, for both men and women.

  1. As a mother of a son in Eretz Yisroel, our heart goes out to the Sofers.
    All the bochrim went out in groups of 5 to search for him. My son and chaverim are one of hundreds of groups. May Hashem help them find him quickly and safely!

  2. I belive he learnt by rabbi eisamans yeshiva on fourth st in Lakewood and is a nephew of rabbi eisaman founder of schi please continue to be mispallel for his safe return

  3. As there a way we can access this Tehillim gathering via phone or internet for those who can’t make it in person(& if not, is there a way we can arrange for this to happen?)
