TEHILLIM: [UPDATED] A one year old boy from Lakewood is in critical condition this afternoon after being pulled from a pool during a family vacation out of state.
The child was reportedly found unconscious in the pool, and was airlifted to the hospital.

If a pool owner leaves their pool gate unlocked and a person is injured as a result, they are held negligent and responsible. A child cannot be held responsible as a trespasser. Lock you gate when you are not there. It’s common sense.
