Teen Egg-Throwers Charged With Assault, Curfew Violations

arrest forest egg thrower2The teens arrested yesterday evening for throwing eggs at residents, were charged with assault and with curfew violations, TLS has learned. The teens – all approximately 17-18 years of age, were arrested after they were seen attacking residents with eggs in the area of Forest Avenue.

In the video, an Officer could be heard telling the teen about the curfew fine of $350. TLS.

  1. I’m sure these parents are really proud of their kids, what were they thinking, i guess they were’nt, hope they learned their lesson. hope their parents knock some sense into their heads

  2. No minors (17 and under) allowed outside, unless on their own property, after 10 pm without responsible adult supervision. That is not verbatim but it is the basic idea of it.

  3. Curfew laws were put in place after the riots of the summer of 1969. They used to sound the blast the fire signal at 10 pm three times to announce it.

  4. Might do the town well to advertise this in all the high schools and actually have it enforced. Maybe it’ll crack down on the evening hitching too.
