  1. Can someone please explain to me.
    Talis & Tefillin are both very choshuv, precious, AND expensive to replace.
    It should be standard to everybody, both adults and as soon as a boy gets bar mitzvah to have in your talis/tefillin bag a card with your name and a phone number and importantly the name should be in english. So even if lost in transportation on a bus, highway rest stop, airport etc, it can be readily returned!
    Please this is NOT rocket science. Just common sense.
