Suspected Cop Killer Jahmell Crockham, Co-Defendant Indicted For Earlier Murder

Jahmell Crockham, the teen indicted for the murder of Chris Matlosz has been indicted again – along with co-defendant Darius Johnson – on charges of murdering 20-year-old Justin Williams on Oct. 15 in Lakewood. The pair were charged in the indictment with conspiring to murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.

Williams, also known in the street as “Prodigy,” was found shot to death on Westwood Avenue in Lakewood in the early morning of Oct. 15, as first reported here. (See photos of scene).

Crockam and Johnson are being held in the Ocean County Jail.
