This driver is 100% a Rodef and if someone sees this happening live they are mechuyav to kill them. The bus had its yellow lights flashing before so there are no excuses for this driver.

I am a bit confused. Lakewood has many nice houses and that means that tons of money is pouring into the township through property taxes. Why can’t the Lakewood Police Dept. hire an additional Police officer in order to make sure they have extra man power to go under cover and try to catch these bad guys.

It’s nice of you guys to keep posting these videos but Lakewood is a corrupt town with zero enforcement of the law.

I know of somewhere where the busses now have cameras that take pictures if someone passes a stop sign and they can punish every person who does this. Can we do this too?

I agree ,yes this is reckless driving and no regard for the safety of the children getting off the bus, really disgusting !

I don’t think there’s any excuse for the driver not to pull to the curb when stopping.

Seriously!

Because then people will pass on the other side when they are crossing the street

I think a law to revoke drivers license for a year even on first time would be appropriate….maybe when chas v’shalom a child is killed someone will do something. Cameras on the bus and PSAs are not working. People are arrogant and doing what they always do on the road – putting themselves first. Where they are going is not worth someone’s life!

Why do bus drivers let children disembark from the bus while cars are driving by? (An am ha’aretzdig question)

These are criminals. Where is your law enforcement? Where are your politicians? You see these videos daily on this site. Where is the follow up?

Unless absolutely impossible, school busses should let kids off on the side of the street that they live on and pull over to the curb. That is the way city busses do it and is the only way to truly protect them from these selfish drivers.

Leave the bus drivers alone. I can’t imagine how much pressure they are under every day. The buses don’t have enough time to pull up to every corner. It’s common sense that if your driving and you see a bus you need to slow down and give the bus some time to stop. Then take a deep breath and before you know it the bus will be moving again.
