What am I missing ? The guy on New Hampshire had green the whole time. Either the light was broken & showed green on Cedar Bridge (unlikely) or the guy On Cedar Bridge was distracted or otherwise impaired (mush more likely). Hope everyone is OK

Hard to tell from the camera angle which vehicle had the green light, but obviously one of them blew through a red light.
