  1. Maybe his mammy didn’t provide him with toys, when he was a chile.
    Don’t call the cops; he needs a social worker, who understands disadvantaged people, and who delved deeply into the latest “theory” in education.

  2. Looks like the cops should be able to identify him his face is pretty clear. And maybe that woman with the red to should come forward.
