Many wrongs here. to many cars trying to beat the red light and rushing thru the yellow light. Could have been other cars involved as well.– S L O W D O W N !!!
The car turning is in the wrong lane, that is the cause of the accident !
The cause of the accident is that the car turned into oncoming traffic.
It’s dangerous to make a turn from the center lane but this video doesn’t show why.
