FYI If I am not mistaken, legally responsibility automatically lies with the person turning, as the person going straight has the right of way, unless the person going straight went through a red, and the person turning had a green turn signal
Wrong. That car turning left should have executed his turn more quickly or waited for a safer opportunity. He does not have the right of way. Period.
People have to slow down leave your home early if you have to rush like this all the time you do not have to be on the roads causing problems for other people slow down already.
Yes, I agree. It would also help if driver’s making a left handed turn into oncoming traffic apply better judgment. Oncoming traffic doesn’t have to slam on their brakes for timid driver’s behavior.
