Seems to me the black truck was in the left turning lane, switched lanes at high speed and continued straight!
If you watch, you will see that a few of the vehicles going straight seem to be in the turning lane. I think it is the camera..

Wrong! Truck was in middle lane going straight it was my truck and husband. Other driver turned left and cut him off!
