We regret to inform you of the sudden Petirah of the legendary singer and renowned Baal Chesed Michoel Schnitzler Z”L, a resident of Jackson.

Reb Michoel, originally from New York, was known around the globe for his singing and chesed always done with a smile.

On Friday, he suffered a massive heart attack in New York and was Niftar shortly before Shabbos. He was approximately 62.

The Levaya is scheduled to take place approximately 10:00 AM Sunday at the Har Shalom Bais Hachaim in Airmont, New York.
