We regret to inform you of the sudden Petirah of Hayalda Chaya Suri Wajnsztok (pronounced Weinstock) A”H of Lakewood.

Chaya Suri A”H is the daughter of R’ Nussi and Molly of Brookhill. She was 16.

Chaya Suri A”H was suddenly Niftar on Friday in Eretz Yisroel, where she was spending time with her family.

The Levaya is scheduled to take place at 5:30 PM Erev Shabbos in Shamgar, Yerushalayim.
