  1. I’m don’t like criticizing our dedicated bus drivers as I drive 1 too and know how hard the job is.

I don’t see what he did wrong in this video but
I did pass a bus from that company (not many here as they don’t service our area only ones that are rented from them are here and I only know of 1) on ridge Ave yesterday and he was driving dangerously and had that many times with someone driving this company bus.

No I absolutely would not want my child on this bus if its the same driver.

FYI many times it looks to people that a bus driver isn’t driving safely as they don’t know what the driver of the bus can see from where he is sitting it happens to be alot more then a car and much easier to drive a bus cause of that.
Not saying there are no blind spots but thats a different story.

    • The car recording and the bus are both in the same turning lane. The car recording was waiting to make the left turn and as he was starting to turn the bus went and made his turn to get ahead of the recording car which makes no sense since the street they were both turning on was a one lane road and the bus should’ve waited for the car ahead of him to make his turn before trying to cut in front.

    • He is in a turning lane behind a car waiting to turn and just turned before him, if you can’t see what he did wrong you must be a bad driver too.

  2. My kids bus driver doesn’t drive safely. He also does illegal stuff that I caught on video and sent to the bus company and the school.
Nothing changed. I’m praying that he will get assigned to another route next year so at least we are spared dealing with him for 2 years in a row.
It’s so hard to find bus drivers that they would rather ignore it.
Unless a tragedy happens nothing will change.

  3. I wasn’t there and I don’t know the story but maybe driver of the car is not attentive to the road and distracted, so the bus went around instead of following an idiot.

    • If you’re cut off by other vehicles, the solution is not to take it personally since the offender’s hurry is greater than yours. Period.

  4. Part of the problem in this video is that the guy taking it is one of those spacers who delay traffic by not turning when they are supposed to, presumably distracted by something, not feeling any sense of responsibility to all the drivers behind them. Not justifying the bus driver, nut there is some guilt on the part of the poster.

  5. @consultant

I actually didn’t understand where and how the video was taken
    Thanks for the clarification.

I would give the bus driver the benefit of doubt that maybe he thought the car was stuck as the guy was sitting and playing in his phone and not going anywhere but I’ve seen what I believe to be the same bus doing these things to many times already unfortunately
