The sky fades to pink, the sun sets, Shabbos begins,
The candles’ glow warms us from outside and in.
Each home singing Lecha Dodi side by side,
Likras Kalla come my beloved to greet the bride.
We are not alone, we are strong we are one.
HKB”H is Shomer Yisroel – Am Yisroel Chai Leolum.
Good Shabbos we whisper and then break out in song,
As we strengthen our family to unite and stay strong.
Davening in our homes with our beloved father Hashem,
We trust Him and love Him and believe in His masterplan.
We embrace every Tefilla with our hearts filled and our inner souls,
We create a Mikdash Miat – our home becomes our Shul.
We remind our children that the Torah is the truth,
Yisroel V’Oraysa V’kudsha Brich Hu-Chad Hu.
We are one with Hashem with the Torah and each yid,
Hashem always was, is, and will always exist.
We embrace the living Saifer Torah in our lives,
For Zos Hatorah-every Yid we hold high.
Holding them high with kind words and care,
Bonding together-while apart we feel near.
Menucha V’simcha Ohr Layihudim-The joy and peace in our home radiates-
As we build the Kiddusha throughout the Shabbos day,
Hashem Roei Lo Achsur-we will not fear,
Hashem is with us every minute, everywhere.
And as we build a Mikdosh in our home we pray to Hashem,
To reunite us speedily together in Yerushalayim once again.
“Come let us sing joyfully to Hashem let us call out to the rock of our salvation,” ( Lechu Neranina)
As we say Shabbat Shalom, Good Shabbos, to our entire Jewish nation.
