Submitted by an Ocean County first responder:
Dear unknown person in Krispy Kreme,
Thank you for taking the time to walk over and thank me for the work I do as a first responder.
Your appreciation was noted -especially the part where you repeated, several times, how “it must be so hard because there’s so many ******* Jews” in this town.
You seemed genuinely passionate and grateful for what I do, something we don’t get thanked for every day.
The highlight, of course, was watching you deliver this heartfelt gratitude without realizing you were saying it to one of those very same “******* Jews.”
A masterclass in self-awareness, truly.
I hope your day continued with the same clarity and insight you brought to our brief encounter.
Sincerely,
The first responder who was getting coffee yesterday in Krispy Kreme.

😂
we are the Am Hanivchor, they are just jealous. Lakewood is a safe and well run town.
Jealous of what???
Blue,
Here are just some of the recommended answers:
1) Family unit
2) Community cohesiveness and support
3) Spiritually infused lives
4) Sense of mission towards eternity
& you think this doesn’t exist outside of the Jewish world?
Yes, some communities, and certain individuals. It certainly EXISTS!
But your average Joe, Who main concern was to “enjoy Life” and now (around halfway. Midlife crisis anyone?) realizes that, as we well know ” a man cannot attain eve Half of his desires”? NO.
For those, a family unit, community cohesiveness, spiritually infused lives and a sense of mission do not really exist.
It’s a very nice letter but some words shouldn’t have to be said
wait so Krispy Kreme is kosher?
That’s what the CRC said about the KOA Hechsher:
This Hechsher is only recommended on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately we have no information on Krispy Kreme with this Hechsher.
Maybe that’s why he thought he wasn’t Jewish 😂
He was just getting coffee, also he apparently didnt look too jewish…
Black coffee is kosher as long as nothing added (cream, milk etc)
Since when is a coffee with milk & sugar “Problematic”
So interesting how the most important word in the story is **********
B”H
Sometimes these stories would be better off without a comments forum.
Rashi in this weeks parsha – אמר ר שמעון בן יחי – הלכה היא שעשיו שונא את יעקוב
.אמת
Rashi also says that Eisav had a moment of Rachamim for his brother and thats why he let him go…
I’m not sure why the story is being reported here. Do you think this foul mouth individual is reading TLS?
קשיא 💣
Oh my….so sorry you had to experience that. Remember that while anti-Semitism is “bad’ it also separates us from people like this one. And that if good. Very good.
