Do I see PLASTIC BAGS in the RECYCLE container????
I think that some people are not connecting the dots.
This is a no-brainer.
The recycling machines can not handle plastic bags-so what happens-pretty simple–after a few months the Lakewood Township has to buy another machine for I will take a guess $30,000—what happens next-the property tax goes up all over Lakewood to foot the bill-Now the landlords have to raise the rent prices on their tenants-This is like a game of Dominoes with real money.
איזהו חכם הרואה את הנולד
We did close it, the wind blew it open
Maybe if Lakewood Township would pickup twice a week, like most Township do, we wouldn’t have these issues!
Aw so cute! Feeding the birdies!
If you are always over filling your trash cans, why don’t you contact Public Works for another can,
Your neighbors will appreciate not having to pick up your trash that blows around.
Most importantly, it is a michshol for anyone saying a bracha or even thinking torah. As stated in Shulchan Aruch when a garbage located in front of you, as far as the eye can see. In Halacha, this is considered extremely chamur. Living in a time of endless chesed, we all do anything and everything to help our friend in need. Being sensitive to the ruchnius of our fellow yid is in fact of infinitely greater importants than everything physical. Please. We all mean well after all.
Caw! Caw-rect!
