I gave a basketball kit to a cheder on 6th St in Lakewood & I recommended that fence be place around the play area to prevent kids from chasing balls into the street. The rabbi said that u have to go get a permit and implied it was too expensive–I told him I’ll pay for the fence installation–to no avail — hopefully I’m wrong—no child gets hurt !!!
