The following is a prepared statement from Kelly Walsifer, Officer Chris Matlosz’s fiancée, submitted to TLS. “I knew Chris was helping his brothers from heaven find his killer the whole time and that’s how I knew they would find him. It doesn’t bring him back, but it gives me comfort to know he finished his job in spirit and can rest in peace.
Chris was the best friend I could have and the memories of good times are endless. We were friends first and I knew from the moment of our first date he was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.
We would play jokes on each other constantly and he treated me as if I was the only person that mattered to him in this world.
Our friends always looked forward to every party at our house and if we didn’t attend a function, people would tell me “it’s just not the same without you two there.”
Our future was bright and positive and all we wanted to do was travel, have kids and live life every day to the fullest. We were so happy together and it breaks my heart he was taken so soon from me. I will love him always and forever, and the strong connection we have. I know he is with me every day. “
our prayers and thoughts are with you! May he RIP! We thank him for all his work.

Kelly words certainly will not do very much in terms of bringing your soon to be husband back. The hell that thug endures won’t pacify your biting loss. But words can express our sympathy and our appreciation to you for being the woman behind the hero that made the ultimate sacrifice for us all.
If there is a memorial fund please let us know.
why dont all of lakewood put in $5.00 and help pay for that house they just bought???
We feel for you. Gd should help you deal with your loss
MAY G-D BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WHAT A LOSS WHAT A SHAME YOU ARE IN OUR PRAYERS
