State Selects Lakewood’s Ron Peszar as Fire Protection Inspector of the Year

peszarRon Peszar, a code inspector for the Lakewood Inspection Department has been selected by the State as the 2015 Fire Proetction Inspector of the year.

“He was chosen for his outstanding contributions in the area of code enforcement and fire projection inspection,” the State wrote in a letter to Mayor Akerman.

Peszar will be honored by the State at an awards luncheon in May in Atlantic City.

“We are very proud of Ron for this honor,” says Lakewood Inspection Department Director Mike Saccomanno. “Since he started here two and a half years ago, he has been nothing short of excellence. He has been an asset to our department and the township. Not only is his knowledge of fire protection unmatched, he is genuinely a great guy. Congrats Ron.”
