State Police Helicopter, Ocean County K9 Assist TRPD in Search of Wanted Suspect

imageThe Toms River Police Department – with assistance from other law enforcement authorities – is conducting an area search for a wanted suspect who fled a vehicle during a drug investigation.

The suspect is believed to be Jeffrey Livingston, 22, of Edinburgh Lane in Manchester. He ran from the offices into a nearby wood area near the corner of Whittier Avenue and Washington Street after jumping out of a vehicle that he was a passenger in.

While units were searching for the suspect, a gun threat was called into the ocean county mall in an attempt to divert the officer’s search efforts. It is believed that Livingston placed that call from his cell phone.

He is a black male wearing a black tee shirt and black shorts. He is 6’ 4” 180 lbs.

The police Department is being assisted by the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Unit and the New Jersey State Police Aviation unit.

  1. Who in the world writes these posts? Is this supposed to be propper english or does that not mater anymore? First paragraph should say “who” instead of “that.” Second paragraph should say “in which he was a pasenger.” I don’t even know if there are more erors since I just stoped reading the rest. If your in business of writing then I believe writing properly should be a requirement for the job.

  2. to #1 — Try proofreading your own message. I see six errors. The first is your name– GRAMMAR , not grammer. Proper English. Matter. Errors. Stopped, not stoped. You’re, not your.
It’s scary if you are really a teacher!

  3. So Grammer(sic) Teacher, you’re a grammar teacher? SMH, I can see that you’re not much of a proofreader, not much of a speller either. Practice what you preach before you attempt to correct others.
