Daylight saving time begins at 2 AM on Sunday, March 10, which means there is technically no 2:00 am this Sunday – the clock jumps from 1:59 AM straight to 3 AM.
Each year we lose an hour of sleep on the second Sunday in March, and get it back the first Sunday in November when the clocks are set back an hour.
“Change your Clocks, Change your Batteries”
Thank you TLS for not calling it “savings” time. We are not getting daylight at a cheaper price, we are “saving”, though.
