That’s nice of him. Too bad I got stopped once for collecting tzedakah with an ishur from the Vad, up to date and all and was threatened with arrest if I continued. Too bad they only set boundaries of kindness to fixing bikes. I suppose they didn’t want to deal with potential litigations.
