  2. Interesting shiur. It’s the same R’Akiva who didn’t give up when his 24 thousands talmidim died and went to rebuild Torah again with a few talmidim…..
    Rav Sorotskin is one of the best magidey shiur out there. A real pleasure to listen to all year round.

    It’s brought down beshem the Chazon Ish that Yirmiyahu wrote megilas eicha and said all the nevuos hachurban mitoich simcha, as every nevuah is only said mitich simcha…
    Hard to understand but maybe according to this wonderful shiur it makes sense….
    The simcha of R Akiva… seeing the epitome of destruction is the aschola hageula….
