Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex) issued the following statement on New Jersey’s Tax Amnesty program and filing deadline:

“Last year, alongside Assemblyman Karabinchak, I helped create an effective and common-sense way to raise much needed revenue for our state’s budget. I am proud of the great success of the tax amnesty program and our efforts to protect New Jersey families. I encourage taxpayers to take advantage of the program prior to the January 15th deadline and I will continue to generate new and innovative strategies to address our state’s fiscal challenges.”
