Ski Trip With The Eatontown Yeshivah Opens To The Public

ski picTomorrow, the Mesivta of Eatontown will be going on a skiing trip and the trip has been opened to the public, coordinator Rabbi Mottchy Kaszirer tells TLS. The Yeshivah will be departing from their campus for Shawnee Mountain at 1:15 p.m. and depart the resort at 9:00 p.m.

Participants can meet up with the group at Shawnee Mountain as well.

The schedule is as follows:

1:00 p.m. Mincha at the Yeshivah.
1:15 p.m. Departure from Yeshivah.
3:00 p.m. Arrival at Shawnee Mountain
4:30 p.m. Mincha at the Lodge.
7:30 p.m. Cholent & Kishkah.
8:00 p.m. Kumzitz.
9:00 p.m. Maariv and Departure.

Group lessons, if reserved in advance, is free of charge.

Snow tubing is available on the mountain.

The trip costs $150 for adults and $75 for children.

  1. who ever would like to be mechazak this yeshiva and the boys and have a good time to boot this is a great idea .lets stop talking about helping and get up and do somthing positive for ourselves and these boys ,and no i am not a parent but somone in awe of a staff that truly are giving their all in ovidas hashem much hatzlocha

  5. I would luv 2 go. I take my kids at LEAST once a year skiiing. I hold its, k’mat, a chiyuv. I’m not even joking. Happens tobe that tomorrow doesn’t work for me.
    Anyway, whoever goes, have a great time & tizku L’niyzvos for being mechazek this moisad, which is absolutlely being matzil nafshos Bais yisroel every single day. Dudi.

  7. Lakewood scoop is a site geared to the orthodox jewish community. As such the connotation of the word YESHIVA is for BOYS only. Sorry if the article made you confused, it should have been more specific since others do read the lakewood scoop.

  11. Wow skiing open to the community! Now thats impressive. Oh do i remember those skiing trips with the yeshiva. I am not much of a skier but we all had a great time (snow tubing and the like). I am sure everyone who went had a blast as all events run by the Kaszirers are fun.
    As an alumni of the yeshiva learning in Israel for my second year i admire and support the yeshiva!
