   • I came across a black cape on the ramp floor while going down leaving the siyum, I placed it hanging over the railing figuring that there was a bigger chance of the owner retrieving it by retracing their steps and seeing it on the railing than me taking it back to Lakewood when the owner could be from anywhere in the tri-state area.

    With the name Arnold on the items inside. It might have been inside a clear siyum bag in a white siyum bag. Near section 231 or at security gate. We did file a claim with MetLife.
