this was very wrong to be shown to immature kids . . totally ditasteful
kids who didn't want to see it didn't have to. some kids find it very interesting. in fact my son really enjoyed it.
I'm sure the school made sure their neighbors were ok with this before they did it. I had an experience with a neighbor who kept chickens and slaughtered them from time to time, and it was extremely unpleasant to have this experience forced upon myself and my family.
slaughtering is NOT an enjoyment . not quite sure how your son enjoyed it . Torsah says in order to eat meat you need to schecht it first . noway way is it enjoyable. learning about it is a whole different story
