Shapiro’s Bakery Wholesalers, proprietors of the Korn’s and Stern’s Bakery line, is once again reminding Lakewood residents that quality bakeries have a challenge keeping up with the demand immediately after Pesach.

“Klal Yisroel has B”H outgrown the bakeries,” says Reb Yisroel Meir Shapiro of Shapiro’s Bakery Wholesalers. “So instead of grabbing six or more loaves and putting them in the freezer, please just take what you need for now and feel free to come back the next day for more. You will be really helping the situation.”

Shapiro says that despite literally working around the clock, it takes about two weeks to get back to normal and accommodate the market after Pesach.
