traffic lights out3:45 p.m. Several Traffic Lights in the County Line Road area and Forest Road area are out. The Hatzolah garage at Heathwood and County Line has also lost power. Police are currently directing traffic at the affected intersections. JCP&L was called to correct the issue. Expect delays in the area. Avoid area if possible.
