  1. Whatever happened to the plan of putting all the wires underground ? Its crazy. Every time theres a Ktzas Ruach She’aino Metzuyah some part of town is w/out power. Terrible. And theres a cop car at County Li & Princeton & at Squankum doing traffic duty. So, who pays for that. Lemme guess: Me. So, I have no power ANd yet, I still have to pay for the traffic cops. Amazing.

  2. Do you realize how much your electric bill would go up putting wires underground Safety comes first in directing traffic. I’m sure you can survive a couple of daylight hours without power. Have never seen so many complain about paying for services as people of Lakewood do.

  3. I’m all for it… but the cost of retrofitting existing above ground wiring to bury instead is staggering. They tend to busy new wiring… but I don’t think anyone is going to foot a bill that would triple your rates or more for 20 years to bury what is above ground now.

  4. You want underground wiring put in..you should wait to see what JCPL, Verizon & Cablevision charge you for that..cuz you know its not free
