Drunk Driver Causes Serious MVA, Sends 3 To Hospital

PHOTOS & VIDEO (Video updated 10:50 p.m.) of a serious MVA on Madison Avenue a short time ago, which drew a large response from emergency personnel, including PD, Hatzolah, EMS, and LFA. Sources tell TLS, the driver, a woman, was drunk when she crossed over the South bound lanes, driving into oncoming traffic. The drunk woman was extricated and transported by EMS to Jersey Shore Medical Center with serious injuries. Two patients from the other vehicle were transported by Hatzolah to KMC.     Since Route 88 doesn’t intersect with 2nd street, I’ll asume thet you mean Route 9 from Route 88 until 2nd street. Thanks for always keeping us ontop of the goings on here in Lakewood.
