PHOTOS & VIDEO [UDPATED] A head-on collision sent 5 patients to the Hospital this afternoon. The accident occurred at the intersection of County Line Rd and Arboritum at about 1:45 PM, involving two vehicles. Multiple Hatzolah and EMS members – including Paramedics – responded to the scene along with at least 5 ambulances.
The patients were transported to Jersey Shore Medical Cednter and KMC.
The westbound lane is closed to traffic as the crash is investigated by CIU.

head on collisions are 100% avoidable. someone was in the wrong lane, end of story. He either was gong too fast in the rain and lost control, or was texting and got distracted. Or perhaps the car in front of him was going too slow for his taste to he decided to illegally pass on the other side of the road.

I would agree with Jas. Everyone drives too fast and always on the phone. We live in a town that is growing by leaps and bounds. We all need to think twice when we get behind of the wheel
