This is factually incorrect. The Blue Claws – among others – had one for many years prior – without the standards that cater to the Frum community.
come on there were plenty of awful ones.. These are amazing! and its entertaining to have something to look it in standstill traffic 😏
When the governing body that auctioned them off sold them it was Scoop outdoor or Lamar.
