The following is a safety message from the LCSW team: If your’e going away for Yom Tov, first and foremost make sure to securely lock your windows-doors and sliding doors. If they don’t lock securely and they are on a lower level, try and use a piece of wood to block it. Also, try and leave some lights on inside and outside your home. If possible: Try and get a neighbor to empty your mailbox during Yom Tov, leave a vehicle in your driveway, take valuables along with you or place them in a Safe, if you have an alarm system in place ACTIVATE it, if your garbage bins are out, make sure to have them brought in and try and pack up your vehicles discreetly.
LPD and LCSW will have increased Patrols during Yom Tov. If you witness any suspicious behavior in your neighborhood, please report it.

No they have non jews patrolling who r part of the squad

Can LCSW post something about the kids pulling garbage cans from moving vehicles! I’m afraid one of these kids will get hurt, or might fall into the garbage can.
Hmmm….. So what you are saying is we should use COMMON SENSE over the holiday? You don’t say. To think all this time I thought it was okay to just leave my doors and windows unlocked.
