The Shabbos Nachamu Yom Tov” nature is a gevaldiga gevaldiga zach . The Ritvah (Taanis 30b) indicates that the food preparations for this Shabbos should be like a Yom Tov – more elaborate than for a regular Shabbos. The Chofetz Chaim also talks abount this special shaboss, I made a special extra pan cake for this shaboss
