TLS has just received the attached photo from a local business, who claims are Counterfeit $20 dollar bills. The business owner says at least two men walked into his business a short time ago wishing to pay for items with what looked and felt like Counterfeit money. The cashier rejected the bills. One of the men, making a payment of close to $200 dollars with these bills, said he had just withdrawn the money from the Sovereign Bank ATM machine, and insisted the money was authentic. The man then returned to Sovereign Bank who said they have just received a shipment of the bills which they say ‘looked funny’, but were tested to be authentic.
