UPDATED: Route 9 Reopens following Rail Repairs

UPDATE 10:50 AM: Route 9 has reopened. Route 9 was supposed to be open by 7 AM today, but as of 10 AM the repairs have not yet been completed. Officials have not given an exact time frame for the reopening.
