I haven’t heard anything from this accident…the buffs must have been doing the accident investigation as nobody has claimed that the Police Dept was yelling at anyone at the scene. Or perhaps, maybe, just maybe, the Department’s Officers are finally following Officer Butterworth’s example toward the community. Baruch Hashem Officer Butterworth!
but maybe no one from the community got in the way and there was no one to yell at. They only tell you to get back for their safety and yours. You’ll thank them when someone walks up and drops a cigarette in the combustible liquids on the ground and ignite and you didn’t get burned, or when the cable on the tow truck snaps and whips past you and you didn’t loose your head. Or the hose broke and didn’t knock you down or the building collapsed and you weren’t crushed or the wire came down and you didn’t get electrocuted. GOT IT?
Has anyone asked why are there SO many accidents at this intersection?? What can be changed there? They don’t even need to go far for a first responder–the EMS is right there!
