Retired NYPD Officer Taken To KMC Crisis Unit Following Fight

A retired NYPD officer was taken to Kimball Medical Center this morning following a fight, possibly with a family member. The Officer, 41, was brought by Jackson Police to the Hospital’s crisis unit, while Lakewood PD stood by. Police will not expand on what occurred, but said the Officer does have a past history of violence. TLS-CCP

He probably didn’t choose to retire, they retired him, with his history (and current) issues of violence…
