In response to a letter left on a vehicle in Lakewood, a retired Lakewood letter carrier submitted the following form to TLS, saying, “The Carrier should’ve used this form (Notice 38) instead of showing his ignorance.”
Sincerely,
Ellsworth Moore, Jr.
Retired Lakewood Letter Carrier
So lazy in ny who ever heard of mail trucks everything is deliverd my foot
come on how u dont see the different ?
in lakewood if the mail man will walk he will never finish .
also in lakewood there is not a normal side walk between houses
Lkwdbuff don’t be condescending. In NYC the carriers deliver to a few square blocks. In Lakewood and many other areas, the carriers deliver to a few square miles.
Thanks to our dedicated mail carriers who deliver our mail in rain, sleet, snow and heat!
Thank you to Ellsworth Moore, Jr.
The post office should provide labels for every mailbox that says:
No parking when mail is delivered at this location between x:xx- x:xx
great idea!
It is ALREADY illegal to block a mailbox with your car. No need for a sign or notice. The mail just won’t be delivered.
