Governor Christie is a good and honest man who has made hard choices to make NJ a better place…all he gets for it is complaints..If we would have had a Democratic governor we would be in really hot water by now….I would love to see him in a national government position like Homeland Security where he can make a really big differerence for this country..Go Trump…Go Christie

6. Governor Christie was OK when he first came into office, but now that he is leaving or thinking he is leaving he gave us a going away present, the largest TAX increase in years. He lied about the need for the tax and where the new money would be spent. Don’t forget that this is a gift that keeps on giving. In that I mean that every 3 months if they are not getting enough from the tax it will be raised! So get ready for the increase because over the past 10 years the amount of gas being sold has gone down so the gas tax has to rise. There is no limit to how high the tax can go.
   Lets remember to thank them the next time they run for office. If we vote them out of office they will have to give up their State cars and pay the tax.

8. Governer Christie was a horrible governer. He cam in with a lot of bluster, had some good soundbites, and leaves NJ worse of then when he came in.

   He put a freeze on State AId to local towns, but did nothing to lift state mandates or cut expenses, shifting the burden to local taxes. The 2% cap on property tax was a joke with many loopholes (tax rate, not total tax bill etc)

   His brash style insured that nothing would ever get done in the NJ legislature

   He was AWOL for the last 5 years, if he was in the army, he would be charged with desertion.

   NJ lags the entire country in the economic recovery since 2009

   His parting gift (once he is no longer running for Public Office) was a massive gas tax

   Chris Christie is all about Chris Christie.

9. WRONG!….This is his first and only tax raise in his whole eight years!!!! That is amazing…do you know what the Democrats would have done?! Well you’re all gonna find out in the next term when we get our next governor who will surely be Democrat because of all the people that didn’t appreciate Christie…..This gas tax would have gone thru anyways cause both houses are Democrat and he vetoed it the first time to make them make changes on it so that it wouldn’t be so bad…get educated on the real stories….
