REMINDER: Last Day of Walk-In Vaccinations for Non-Public School Staff

Today is the final day for non-public school staff to receive a walk-in Covid-19 vaccine at the CHEMED-organized vaccination center situated at the Lakewood High School.

Over the last two days, over 800 school staff from public and non-public schools received vaccines at the walk-in center. The vaccines are being administered in two heated tents on the high school’s baseball field, adjacent to the parking lot.

All non-public school staff, including teachers, office staff, janitorial staff, bus drivers, the staff of state-approved special ed schools such as SCHI, and third-party vendor staff from companies like Tender Touch, Catapult, and Tree of Knowledge are eligible to receive the vaccine today.

The vaccinations will be administered from 2:30 PM until 10:00 PM. No appointment is required. Please bring along with you proof of employment, as well as a drivers license or other ID card, and your insurance card.
