1. Packages that don’t fit in those boxes are supposedto be brought to a UPS location for shipping. If it is an Amazon return, when you fill out your return form, you can chose where you want to return it.

   • I would go to the UPS location on swarthmore but the attitude that goes down for just walking thru the door simply ruins my day

     • No need to go in the building and get upset. Just throw it in the trailer outside.

2. Also if it is marked ground those box are for express only.

3. The UPS rule all over is:
   They only pick up stuff >>>INSIDE<<< the drop box.
   If its on top, side ,bottom but not in the drop box the drivers don't touch them. Thus its probably outright hefker.
   If the box is full of the package won't fit into the box you must take it to a UPS Depot or a UPS store.
   These always were the rules.

5. Basically we have two options.
   1. To actually enter our car and bring the package to a UPS location.
   By the way-a friendly tip–Many packages can be brought to Taylors Pharmacy at 2nd St. & Madison Ave. that is smack in the middle of town.
   Option 2. We can take a chance and dump our package near a UPS box and if it does not get picked up-no problem-we can sit on the phone for an hour maybe two hours and call all the different companies and complain and complain until we finally get our credit for an item that some thief is enjoying and of course the thief will definitely come back to our neighborhood and look for some more stuff that is thrown all over and the thief might even invite some of his wonderful friends to join him as he collects tons of packages and then we wonder why are these scary criminals hanging out in our shopping center-Oh maybe we will call the Police on them-What a great idea!!!!!

6. Take your Amazon returns to Taylor Drugs, Staples or Kohl’s. They treat you nicely and take good care of the items you returning.

7. The UPS store in the Stop n Shop plaza right at Toms River / Lakewood border has an awesome customer service team. They are always friendly, polite and respectful.

8. I found ups store in Tom’s river near stop and shop to have attitude
