Being that tax bills are only mailed to you once a year, we’re reminding you that the 4th quarter grace period ends tomorrow, November 10. If your payment is received after the 10th, you will be charged interest.
Taxes are due quarterly; the first two quarters add up to half of what was billed on the property the prior year, and the third and fourth quarters are based on the actual tax rate. If taxes go up, the third and fourth quarter are generally larger than first and second quarter; if taxes go down, the third and fourth quarters are smaller than the first and second.
Tax bills are mailed once a year, during the Summer, and contain four coupons. Taxes are due February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1.

Great to remind the klal ! Thank you !
“If taxes go down, the third and fourth quarters are smaller than the first and second.” HAHA!!
My taxes went up 10 percent this year (about $1000)
We need to put a stop to this craziness of taxes spiraling up year after year.
if you are tired of your taxes always going up, then petition the city of lakewood to stop building non taxable structures
Yea 10 percent in top of the 4 to 5 it went up the previos year. My tax rate for tiny townhouse in coventry went from 3400 to 4800 in past five years
That’s a $1400 difference,broken down that’s about $280. a year. $280 x five years = 1400. 3400 +1400=4800
I’m not sure how you calculate. By not building non taxable structure’s will help our taxes
