17. You know what ..every officer deserves a little gratitude every now and then. They do a job that is not the easiest to do..Many people in this town take the advantage that they are here for personal services. They do what they can for the town and the residents that live there. Give them a break sometimes…Like the Firefighters and EMS they praised when things go right and chastised when things go wrong..they are in a no win situation..a Little Gratitude goes a long way.

18. i remember seeing officer kowalski eating a jelly donut one time, he took 3 bites and gave me the rest,i will always appreciate and remember him for that……..although he ate all the jelly, and licked all the powder off it was still good,,,,,yummy yummy officer kowalski for lakewood officer of the year
